PT-02 Auto Pull Tester
As a welding equipment provider we have an ongoing policy to listen the feedback from our
customers, and try our best to meet their needs. These feedbacks contribute to the birth of a new
wire bond pull tester.
According to industry quality requirement, bond pull tests are routinely used to evaluate
and control the mechanical strength of wire bonds in microcircuit devices.
The ¡°Precision-Weld¡± PT-02 is a motor drive automatic pull tester which is designed to
perform wire bond pull tests in 20 gram to 2000 gram force range. Whole unit was controlled
by a MCU so the pull speed can auto adjust and maintain constant in order to obtain more
accurate reading.

- Directly display and hold the reading of maximum pull force.
- Automatically reduce pull speed and maintain constant before reach preset value.
- Automatically return after wire break.
- 9 memory slots provide instant change between different settings.
- Presettable pull force and alert system.
- All data can be recorded in computer through RS232 port for traceable and SPC purpose.
